I'm gonna let you in on some info here. If your game is tagged with anything related to NSFW content (Erotic, Adult, etc.), then your game will be kept in the NSFW category. I found it while looking for other NSFW games, so just keep that in mind.
Indeed, that's something I noticed too. I think that might beneficial for title discoverability because it also appears in other relevant categories as well without specifying any NSFW tag.

even it was just a test run, you add it in a erotic genre, if you are actually making an erotic game, what if the girl will be naked?
This is a test run for a future project. I added the erotic tag because of the outfit : you can see her pants if you look closely.
To answer your question : it will depend on the reception of the game. If there are enough requests, i could add a special DLC for this purpose.
You do have good point on the outfit part but in logic sense she wears panties on the inside (a thong one that is)
